After our time in New York, we are finally in London! Presented by Simple Organic, the “Brazil: Creating Fashion For Tomorrow” exhibition, which marked the opening of London Fashion Week, started yesterday, September 14th.

We were at the cocktail party celebrating its launch, along with its organizers, Lilian Pacce, Marília Biasi, Camila Villas, and the Brazilian Ambassador in London, Antonio Patriota. We were fortunate to see the very beginning of this incredible exhibition, as the official opening for the general audience is on the 15th. And it will last until September 19th.

The event comes from our partnership with the Embassy of Brazil in London. It showcases 14 Brazilian fashion designers as they display innovative and sustainable solutions to the clothing industry. Additionally, Brazilian fashion personality Lilian Pacce will be moderating panels about the urgency of sustainability in fashion and the crucial role designers play in finding ecologically conscious solutions. 

We are proud to say we will also neutralize the show’s carbon emissions, a perfect pair with its goal: to give visibility to sustainable initiatives from Brazilian creators. And, of course, we have our own exclusive display to present our products and the power of Brazilian Clean Beauty.

SOLID SHAMPOOS AND CONDITIONERS - WATERLESS

Did you know that the bottle of your very first shampoo must still be out there, taking up space? The reason is that traditional cosmetics are packaged in plastic - and some even have plastic in their formulation! -unlike solid cosmetics, which are biodegradable. They go down the drain and return to nature the same way they came, without producing solid waste or microplastics that end up in the oceans.

OUR FAMILY OF HIGH-POWERED SERUMS

This beloved family keeps getting bigger, as there are already 8 formulas! The colorful Serums include Niacinamide (our bestseller), Retinol-Like (vegetable alternative to conventional retinol), stabilized Vitamin C, Glycolic Acid (which promotes a light chemical peeling), Oxyresveratrol (145x more potent against melasma than its synthetic counterpart), Gaba (for a natural lifting effect), Salicylic Acid (which combats blackheads and pimples), and finally our Polyglutamic Serum (ideal for sensitive skin or with redness).

They are all ultra-light serums with high-performance, vegan, sustainable ingredients. They should be included in your skincare routine right after cleansing and toning as part of the treatment step. It has a high concentration of β-caryophyllene, humulene, and linoleic acid, which are phytocannabinoids in CBD oil. Simple Bag is a biodegradable, water-soluble, and 100% compostable bag. We at Simple were the first brand to take this solution to Brazil. Its printing is done with eco-friendly paint that does not contain heavy metals or ketones, as the EEQ test proves. Super resistant, you can reuse our Simple Bag multiple times before dissolving it.
