Shipping policy

  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

  •  Orders placed on Fridays after 2 pm PST will be shipped the following Monday.

  • We use flat-rate shipping. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.

  • Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received. 

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?

We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not ship to any other destination outside of the United States, other than Alaska and Hawaii. If you would like to have it shipped to Brazil, visit:

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We begin to process your order as soon as you submit it. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
