Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
 Orders placed on Fridays after 2pm PST will be shipped the following Monday.
We use flat-rate shipping. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.

    DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    RETURN POLICY 

    We have a 15-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase or it arrives damaged, simply return the product and we will issue a refund.

    Return shipping will not be refunded.
      • Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have a RAN written on the outside of the package will not be opened, mailed back or refunded.

      • Purchases that meet the above Return Policy Guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment. 

      • Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

      CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

      We begin to process your order as soon as you submit it. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
